Many ventures.
One standard.
Luvaa Group builds the software and services Indian businesses actually run on — accounting and tax, GST-native books, ERP for solar and healthcare, property operations, and a foundation that puts a share of it back.
Businesses designed around real work.
Each venture solves a practical operating problem, and every one of them sits on the same foundation: clarity, compliance and dependable service.

Practice-scale books without practice-scale friction.
A CA firm does not need one more dashboard. It needs ledgers that close, credit that reconciles, and clients who can be onboarded without a week of data cleanup.
- GST-native ledgers with GSTR-1, 3B and 2B handled as first-class work, not exports.
- IMS and 2B reconciliation inside the books, with an audit trail per action.
- A two-way Tally connector so clients who will not leave Tally still stay in sync.
- Multi-client structure with per-client access and a single accountant workbench.
- Statutory schedules — fixed assets, MSME ageing, forex — generated from the same ledger.
Panels, batteries, projects and the margin between them.
Solar dealing is part retail, part project business. Generic accounting software handles neither well, so most dealers end up running two systems and a spreadsheet.
- Purchase, stock and serial-level tracking for panels, batteries and inverters.
- Project records that carry contract value, material consumed and true contract margin.
- Counter sales and project billing in one book, with GST applied correctly to both.
- Warranty and service history attached to what you actually sold.
- Stock and MIS reporting a working owner can read without training.
From the front desk to the pharmacy, on one till.
Most clinic software makes the busiest person in the building — the receptionist — do the most typing. We build the opposite.
- Registration, appointments and OPD queue built for walk-in reality.
- Optical, pharmacy and procedure billing on a single running bill per patient.
- Inventory and expiry tracking for the pharmacy counter.
- Day-close, collection and doctor-share reporting that matches the cash drawer.
- Room to grow into IPD, packages and insurance workflows.
Counter-led businesses, statutory-grade books.
Retailers and distributors get judged on speed at the counter and accuracy at filing time. Those two goals usually fight each other.
- Fast invoicing with barcode and rate-list support.
- Stock, batch and reorder visibility across counters.
- Purchase and credit-note handling that keeps input credit clean.
- Party ledgers, outstanding and collection follow-up in one view.
- Export or sync to Tally where the CA insists on it.
Rent, dues and paperwork that stop living in WhatsApp.
Property income is simple until it is fifteen units, four owners, two agreements and one lost receipt.
- Units, tenants, agreements and renewal dates in one register.
- Rent and maintenance dues raised on schedule, with receipts on payment.
- Society-level collection, expense and balance reporting for members.
- Document vault for agreements, IDs and NOCs.
- Owner statements that answer "what did I earn this year" in one screen.
Programs that can be shown, not just described.
Small organisations doing real work often lose funding to bigger ones with better documentation. That is a solvable problem.
- A public site that states the programs, the people and the proof.
- Program and beneficiary records kept in a form that survives an audit.
- Donation and receipt trails that hold up to 80G scrutiny.
- Skill and training batch tracking through to placement.
- Built and maintained by the group at cost for the sector.
Systems we shipped, and the problem behind each one.
Every product in the group started as a job someone was doing badly by hand. These are the ones worth writing down.
Notes from inside the compliance machine.
Written by the people who build the software and file the returns — not by a marketing desk.
A practice that kept building its own tools.
Luvaa Group did not start as a technology company. It started as a compliance desk that got tired of bad software.
The group grew backwards from the work. Years of filing returns, closing books and cleaning up other people's data made one thing obvious: the constraint in an Indian small business is almost never ambition. It is that the systems available to it are either too expensive, too generic, or built for someone else's country.
So we built what the practice needed, then found that solar dealers needed the same thing shaped differently, then clinics, then landlords. Each venture is a different surface on one belief — that compliance-grade software should be ordinary, affordable and available to a business in Pune on the same terms as a business anywhere else.
We keep every venture on the same operating standard: accountable execution, long-term thinking, and a refusal to ship something we would not run our own books on.
- Phase oneThe practiceVVR Tax — income tax, GST, payroll and company compliance for businesses and individuals across Pune.
- Phase twoThe first productsInternal tools become real software: a GST-native accounting platform, then an ERP for solar and battery dealers.
- Phase threeThe platformHealthcare, property and at-home care join the group. Four platforms running in production for real users.
- Phase fourThe groupOne shared engineering standard, one brand, and the Luvaa Foundation carrying a share of it back to the community.
“We are not trying to be the biggest company in the room. We are trying to be the one whose books close on the first attempt.”
